Section 31 Disposition versions

31. The holder of a wildlife observation centre licence may dispose of an animal kept in captivity by the holder, including an animal listed in Schedule I, by selling or giving it to another person entitled to keep it, or by killing it.

In the case of an animal listed in Schedule I, the holder may also dispose of it by setting it free in the wild or, in the case of an animal referred to in the second paragraph of section 12, by setting it free in the wild in accordance with that section.
